This green fruitiness with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato and red fruits, offers delicacy on the nose and palate as well as a character structure with bitterness and ardence present. Multi-awarded, this olive oil recently received a gold medal at the New York Olive Oil Competition and the Leone d'Oro competition in Italy. It is also referenced in the olive oil reference guide, Flos Olei, with a score of 99/100.
